How is Tempo Boxing different from competitive boxing/kickboxing, aerobic boxing, and other forms of martial arts training?
|
Tempo Boxing is a blend of all the above. We take the correct striking techniques of competitive boxing and kickboxing and mix them with the aerobic conditioning and fat-loss methods behind boxercize.
